Minneapolis

The tour started out fast in Minneapolis with a late night skate with Tucker and the crew from Familia the first night. The second night we had a signing at Familia with Arto and the whole Gravis team. Also on display at the shop were choice works of art. Arto was kind enough to donate framed photos shot by himself for the likes of some local charities. Our short time in MNLPS ended with a late night dance party at one of the local pubs… Good times. But so evil....

Chicago

The following morning the crew flew over to Chicago to hang with Uriah, Frank and the boys from Uprise. We had a great time skating a deserted warehouse in Southside Chicago both nights. Plenty of the local kids showed up to Uprise the second night to get signed posters, hats, stickers and high fives from the team. Like Minneapolis, Arto also donated some framed photos to Uprise to generate some love for some local Chicago charities. The last night ended with a late skate session and some fun lemon squeezing at the W Hotel.

Raleigh

After Chicago we flew down to Raleigh, North Carolina for some southern comfort where we were accompanied by southern hell boy Lee Loughridge. The first night may, or may not have included a late night at the Ugly Monkey Party bar; which definitely lived up to its name. There was a huge turnout for the demo at Vertical Urge and the kids went nuts watching everyone skate. After dinner at the Best BBQ of all time and a midnight fire-alarm evacuation of the hotel, everyone was ready to get to NYC. 

New York

Everything you could expect from NYC delivered; dinner at Freeman’s Alley, late nights at the Soho Grand and Lit, camera purchases from B&H, sprouters, and lemons. We had a blast at KCDC with Amy and her crew skating the mini ramp the first day and they put up a video of the event here: http://kcdcskateshop.com/news/gravis-demo , and then the next day we hung with the cool kids at Special Sauce and the always pinnacle crew over at Autumn.  We Love NY…

Montreal

After spending 10hrs in the La Guardia airport losing our minds due to horrific weather conditions, we finally got to Montreal. Underworld and crew hosted a great time, with beers, poutine, and all the best Canadian hospitality. There was an after hours skate at the local park and we wrapped up the tour with an all night dance party at Tokyo Club.  Montreal is a great city and we were happy to end the tour on a high debaucherous note.
